Caveats and Exceptions

Mental Health, Addiction/Substance Use, Eating Disorders 

​

Please be aware that if you have been prescribed medications for a diagnosis such as schizophrenia or bi-polar disorder, or have been formally diagnosed wth an eating disorder, or are in the midst of substance addiction, regardless of how well you may feel, and whether you are currently using or being treated, we are unable to work together. In the course of constellations intense emotions arise that may affect you in a way that a constellations facilitator is not necessarily competent to deal with and is not explicitly trained to deal with.

Every person who books a workshop or private session must sign a consent form which includes questions on the above situations. This is mandatory for your safety and ours, and as a condition of our professional insurance.

 

Pregnancy/Haputanga

 

If you know you are, or might be pregnant/hapu, please opt for an appointment, after baby has arrived to protect her/him from energies or imprints that may not be helpful.

Cancellation Policy​

​

Thank you for booking a session with manawa family constellations or manawa life coaching. Once you have booked, no-one else can have your time slot.

 

In consideration of others, please advise as soon as possible if you have to cancel. Missed appointments, and cancellations between 24 and 0 hours before the booked session incur full fees.

 

Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before will be fully refunded, unless you choose to reschedule. If for any reason I have to cancel, you may choose an alternative appointment, or receive a full refund.

If you show up for an appointment 'out of it', regrettably the session will not proceed, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
