In person 9.30 am - 4 pm workshop
If you're on the ground in Aotearoa-New Zealand, especially if you are in the Hawke's Bay, Palmerston North or Taupo, you are in reach of a day trip to join from 9.30 am to 4 pm at the beautiful St Michael and All Angels church hall at Puketapu. The venue is well off the road, with plenty of parking, lush lawns and a big tree to sit under in the breaks. I'm anticipating a balmy day!
We'll begin with exploration of your name, talking in small groups, and feedback, then making art, or if you like, making marks on canvas and or paper to express feelings that arise.
We'll break for lunch - that you bring - complemented by fruit and healthy-ish snacks and herbal teas that will be freely available. There is the big tree to sit under, a deck and other places to sit outside and in the room.
In person workshop, St Michael and All Angels Church hall, 86 Vicarage Road, Puketapu, just 7 kms from Taradale, Hawkes Bay, Aotearoa-New Zealand.
Reconvening in a circle after lunch we'll deepen the exploration with two or three constellations based on intentions coming from the morning discoveries, and close with some reflection and a share.
All art materials are provided - and you take your art piece home.
During the day fresh fruit, healthy-ish snacks and herbal teas will be freely available.
Bring your lunch, water bottle, a sunhat and warm layers, depending on the weather.

Karen Sole
Karen Sole is a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists, and of the International Systemic Constellations Association (isca-network.org), and a former member of ANZCI, the Aotearoa New Zealand Constellation Incorporated. She took her first training from Yildiz Sethi yildizsethi.com of familyconstellations.com.au. Karen's profile can be found on the above organisational sites. She participates in monthly professional supervision, facilitator member constellations of ANZCI, ISCA, and informal international groups of experienced credentialed facilitators. From 01 October 2025 to 30 September 2026 she is a member of CI Connect, ‘a safe space to connect to self and others through compassionate self-inquiry and the exploration of our shared humanity in today’s world’ with Dr Gabor Mate and Sat Dharam Kaur ND and CI Facilitators.
