Exploration, expression and insight via a whole day of discussion, painting and constellation circles. No experience necessary. Just arrive, with your lunch, your water bottle a sun hat and warm layer, and of course, your name. Your given name is a portal into your family history, dynamics, and possibly, secrets. We take it as the starting point for a day of exploration, expression and insight after establishing a container for our shared vulnerability.
