These are pieces of information about unfinished business that I need to work with to fully release subtle trauma my body is still holding onto decades later. I know, without the slightest doubt that going into constellation with another facilitator will enable that to happen. Either something works or it doesn't. My experience is that constellations work, every time. The field does not lie, ever.

In the same way each of us does, the world accumulates grief and trauma. The most recent is never over before the next crashes over us. That is clear, as we see the horrors of the Holocaust still rippling through generations of the perpetrators and the victims in equal measure and power. So too, the effects of the Nakba(s). And now, the tsunami that Israel created in 2023 is insistent, thrashing every shore. There is no way to avoid it.

We are stardust!!

Managers are often not naturally imbued with skills and attributes required for working well and effectively with people they are charged with managing. It becomes an awkward hit and miss affair punctuated by dodgems, deceit, delusions, and ending with anxiety and stress.

How can we better know our parents, their parents and grandparents, and by extrapolation the ones who came before them? Who were they, the dearly loved elders?

Stand on the land of your ancestors. Take it in. Feel the influence their place and time has on you now.

Intergenerational stress or trauma or joy or what we create by our own actions, or take on by interest or proximity has an effect. Karma.
