I'm excited about the series of weekday mid-morning workshops that allow women to do their school drop-offs, maybe have a leisurely coffee and come on in to the Pania Room for a stress free hour and a half of therapy.
This series is exclusively for women, as the Centre is open to women only during the day. It is possible that in 2025 some workshops for men and women will run in the evenings at the same venue.
