Your Timeless Story: A Meditation To Connect You With Your Ancestors On Their Land

If you are unsure about 'doing a constellation' just yet, I invite you to try a meditation which is a tasty morsel of inter-generational connection.
Stand on the land of your ancestors. Take it in. Feel the influence their place and time has on you now.
Even if you're unsure who and where your parents are from, this guided meditation places you in a natural environment with them.
For this meditation, you can choose to focus on either your mother's or father's line. This is necessary if they are from different places and or cultures.
Even if you do not know where your parents are from, even if you have never known either or both parents, this is an inner vision exercise that relaxes you into your ancestral land and the people who lived or live there.
You have only to have good internet connectivity, a comfortable chair that you can sit in with your feet on the ground, peace and quiet without interruption for half an hour or so, and an openness and willingness to reach into your ancestral past privately, intuitively, and somatically.
After the soft introduction to your many previous generations, you may well feel inclined to make an appointment for a one to one constellation, in which case, I will warmly welcome you.
