Mayday - What's The Workshop Setup?

Updated: Oct 14

This Manawa family constellations' workshop is on Saturday 08 June, 9.30 - 4.30 above the Buddhist Centre, 10 Herschell Street, Napier. Meanwhile, private appointments in person in Napier, or on Zoom, are available, from today. My usual hours are Monday to Thursday, 10 to last appointment at 4 pm, and Friday 10 to 2 pm last appointment. People in other time zones may email to arrange a time that works for them.

You are probably wondering what to expect at a workshop. You will find a circle of comfortably spaced chairs in an otherwise empty room. A quiet, private space, where there will not be interruptions.  A safe container created by the intention and energy of the particpants and facilitator. A day in which a number of people will be able to bring their intention for processing in a constellation. There is no compulsion to be 'the Client' or a 'Representative'. You will learn and benefit from each constellation, even if you remain in the circle throughout the day.

The room is our world for the Constellation process. We leave the day to day outside to focus on Constellations. There is nothing to do, except to be fully present, embodied and breath! During the day there are frequent breaks, and refreshments are available. Despite the overall stillness, a lot of energy is expended. You are encouraged to bring your own waterbottle, for continual hydration. Yes, really!

Our more difficult experiences often feel solitary or unique. We discover in a Constellation that that is not the case: our experiences are so alike and recognisable . The process is not hurried; things unfold as naturally as breathing in and breathing out. That being said it is not always easy in the sense that strong emotion may be, and often is evoked.
