These are pieces of information about unfinished business that I need to work with to fully release subtle trauma my body is still holding onto decades later. I know, without the slightest doubt that going into constellation with another facilitator will enable that to happen. Either something works or it doesn't. My experience is that constellations work, every time. The field does not lie, ever.

Systemic constellations provide a pragmatic/phenomenological way of working with the generationally collected and currently collective traumas we carry, by recognising what is, opening up our natural resilience which is a resource we take for granted, or perhaps we don’t even acknowledge it. We have it, though, otherwise we would not have made it to this moment, in whatever shape we are in.
